Can you read the excitement on my face?!

We just completed a very in-depth, very vigorous, very exhaustive food safety assessment that will allow us to sell our cheese in some amazing retail locations. And we PASSED!!

It was a good process to complete: verification that the processes we have in place result in safe food for all of you (and for our family, because let’s face it, we eat a LOT of cheese in our household!)
