Want to learn how to make pasta from scratch? Chef Craig will teach you how to make filled pasta, fettuccini and tortellini in an informative, small group atmosphere in our cozy farm shop. Perfect for date night, mother/daughter bonding, or for teaching your (grown?) kids how to make their own food ;)
Your ticket includes:
hands-on instruction from Chef Craig in making several kinds of pasta (yes, you’ll be doing the work!)
ingredients for the evening workshop
the pastas you make in class
PLUS: a gourmet family style dinner and refreshments after class, courtesy of Chef Craig/The Chef’s Acre
Max class size: 8 people
Minimum age: 19 yrs
Class Time: 6:00 - 9:30 pm (approx)
Optional: add wine for the evening to your cart for $35.00
